The Judiciary Police (PJ) transferred 40 mainlanders allegedly involved in loan-sharking cases in Macau to the Zhuhai police yesterday.
PJ spokesman Lai Man Vai briefed reporters about the case after the transfer of the suspects in the area between Zhuhai’s Gongbei and Macau’s Barrier Gate border checkpoints.
Lai said that the transferred suspects had also been involved in other crimes on the mainland, stressing that the transfer was carried out in accordance with the law.
