BEIJING – Vice Premier Han Zheng yesterday called for the full and faithful implementation of the principle of “One Country, Two Systems” in promoting the solid development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA).
Han, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and head of the leading group for developing the GBA, made the remarks while presiding over a meeting of the group in Beijing.
Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor and her Macau counterpart Fernando Chui Sai On, both members of the leading group, attended the one-day meeting.
