A car and a seven-seater people carrier collided near the junction of Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida and Avenida do Coronel Mesquita yesterday afternoon, in which the people carrier ended up on the bonnet of the car, according to the Public Security Police (PSP).
No one was injured in the action movie-like accident.
Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida runs from Rua do Campo to Avenida do Coronel Mesquita – at the junction where yesterday’s crash happened. Avenida do Coronel Mesquita runs from the municipal kennels at the Avenida do Almirante Lacerda junction to Hoi Fu Garden estate at the Avenida de Sidónio Pais junction. Both are one-way avenues.
