The Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a 60-year-old local woman on Wednesday for attempting to resell four Macau-to-Hong Kong ferry tickets that she had bought from gamblers to passers-by in Zape, with the aim of earning the HK$20 difference for each ticket, PSP spokesman Lam Keong said during a regular press conference yesterday.

The police discovered that the woman, surnamed Wong, had previously engaged in ferry ticket scalping on five occasions since September 2017, Lam said.

At around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, PSP officers on patrol saw a woman – Wong –approaching passers-by in Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and intercepted her, Lam said.
