A TCM bus travelling in Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro (commonly known as San Ma Lou) crashed into a lamp post near the General Post Office in Largo do Senado yesterday afternoon, leaving three pedestrians with slight injuries, the Fire Services Bureau (CB) said.
The lamp post had two lamps and two flowerpots hanging on it. The three pedestrians, all of them locals, were injured after being hit by a damaged lamp and a flowerpot falling off the lamp post.
According to the bureau, the accident occurred at around 3 p.m. outside the city’s main square when the No. 3 route bus was on its way to Nam Van.
