A local man was arrested on Tuesday for taking upskirt photos of females in a hotel in Cotai, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Choi Iok Kin said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Choi said the 30-year-old suspect surnamed Mok told the police that he works as a sales assistant. The case involves two victims. The first victim is a local in her forties while the second victim is a mainlander in her twenties, Choi said. None of their personal information was released by the spokesman.
On Monday afternoon, a security guard was on regular patrol when he saw a man in front of him on the escalator travelling between the third to the fifth floor of the hotel, taking upskirt photos of the two women standing in front of him on the escalator, the spokesman said.
