Police nab woman for sheltering IIs, also catch wanted burglar

The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a female mainlander on Monday for sheltering three illegal immigrants from the mainland in a flat used as an illegal inn in Nape, PJ spokesman Lai Man Vai said during a special press conference yesterday.

The police also arrested a male mainlander, one of the three illegal immigrants, wanted for a local burglary last year, during an operation to bust the suspected illegal inn on Monday.

Lai identified the female suspect as a 44-year-old surnamed Li, and the male suspect as a 31-year-old surnamed Zhang.
