US celebrity chef Graham Elliot is bringing a Taco Tuesday to Coast restaurant, spicing up an otherwise dull weekday with exotic Mexican flavours.
Every Tuesday from now on, the restaurant at MGM Cotai will be serving a selection of tacos, cocktails and snacks in all authentic Mexican style.
Some of the options include the classic hard-shell taco with Wagyu beef, tomato salsa and sour cream, and the soft tortilla with lime marinated shrimps, mango salsa and coriander, and to try them all, the restaurant offers a “Taco Platter” that includes 20 pieces of five different kinds of taco, great for dinner gathering and sharing.
For the regular menu, the chef is bringing American traditional and comfort food Fried Chicken Waffle with maple syrup and whipped cream to the local table. This will be available from January 28, along with the return of the Double Double burger with two Wagyu patties Chicken Wings.
