Developed by SJM, the Grand Lisboa Palace integrated resort held its first major recruitment drive for Macau residents between August 21 and 23 where it attracted almost 2,000 local applicants.
The three-day event held at Grand Lisboa Hotel, covered 30 departments at the Grand Lisboa Palace, and a majority of the job vacancies were non-gaming positions.
Almost 2,000 local residents applied for positions, among which about 600 candidates were offered initial selection notices on-site.
The Grand Lisboa Palace is expected to open by the end of the year, subject to obtaining necessary operating permits.
More than 90 percent of its total area comprises a full range of non-gaming facilities,including approximately 1,900 rooms and suites housed in Grand Lisboa Palace hotel,Palazzo Versace Macau and The Karl Lagerfeld, in addition to abundant entertainment and leisure facilities. – sjmpr
