Macau General Union of Neighbourhood Associations Vice President Lam Nam Tak said yesterday that in an attempt to revitalise the Inner Harbour’s dilapidated old wharfs they should be renovated and a “seafood street”should be set up in the area.

The union is commonly known as Kai Fong.

Lam made the suggestion during yesterday’s meeting of the government-appointed Central Districts Community Service Consultative Council at the government’s Service Centre at Rotunda de Carlos da Mai, commonly known as the “Three Lamps” area.
