Tourist coach gutted by fire due to mechanical failure: CB

Customs busts 5 smuggling cases

Casino takings rise 5 pct to 21.1 billion patacas in May
      Macau's 30 casinos generated gross gaming revenue (GGR) of 21.193 billion patacas last month, a year-on-year growth of 5.0 percent, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) announced today. Month-on-month, GGR in May grew by 12.4 percent from the 18.858 billion patacas recorded in April. Over 1/3 of newly registered vehicles in April are EVs
     Some 36.4 percent of Macau’s newly registered motor vehicles were electric in April, the Macau Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) has announced. Hotel guests dip 3.2 pct to 4.77 million in Jan-April

Govt revamps wealth-sharing scheme, requires 183-day-minimum-stay
