Weeding and regular inspections of the bronze statues on the Ruins of St. Paul’s façade will be conducted on Tuesday, April 1, with certain areas set to be temporarily closed, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) announced in a statement yesterday.
The statement said that the maintenance and inspection activities will be held from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on that day, during which the forecourt in front of the façade and the “Visiting the Ruins of St. Paul’s in Space and Time” – Exhibition of Virtual Reality at the Ruins of St. Paul’s and the Museum of Sacred Art and Crypt will be closed.
Barricades will be temporarily set up at the forecourt and the Ruins of St. Paul’s staircase starting from 6 p.m. on Monday to separate the areas to be worked on from members of the public.
