Wynn Macau announced in a statement yesterday a 2.5 percent to 7.2 percent salary increase, effective from March 1, for all eligible employees – excluding senior management staff – of Wynn Macau in Nape and Wynn Palace in Cotai, representing nearly 98 percent of the company’s 13,100 workforce.
According to the statement, eligible staff with a monthly salary of 16,000 patacas or below will receive a wage hike of 600 patacas, equivalent to an increase of 3.8 percent to 7.2 percent.
Eligible employees with a monthly salary above 16,000 patacas will get an average of a 2.5 percent increase.
The statement pointed out that a one-month annual bonus was recently given to all employees in the run-up to the Chinese New Year holiday.
