Swarovski, the world-famous crystal products manufacturer, has announced that its first “yellow” New Store Concept in Asia has opened at The Venetian Macao, which allows each visitor to live a unique experience in a space that brings in mind a sense of joyful wonder, with the colour.
A recent statement by the Austrian company points out that in traditional Chinese culture, yellow is a colour that represents power, dignity, and prosperity.
According to the statement, commencing with the rollout of 27 Instant Wonder stores around the globe, the transformation culminated in the opening of the first “fabulous” new stores in key corners of the world last year, with more to follow this year.
The statement quotes Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert as saying that the company’s aim is to reflect desires and dreams in the physical space of its stores and to underline the new age of crystal living.
The statement notes that its entrancing stores pay homage to the shimmering beauty of crystal to reflect the uniquely captivating charm of the cities where its shops are located. In order to reflect the brand’s new visual identity, overseen by the beloved Swarovski Swan, guests will be welcomed into a sensorial retail space to discover an array of tempting and tantalising crystal treasures, it underlines.
The statement also points out that different areas in its stores are colour-blocked in the brand’s signature hues with myriad octagons adorning the walls, so as to pay tribute to the wonder of crystal.
Moreover, the statement says, from today to August 21, shoppers can enjoy a 10 percent discount on regular-priced items and receive a Swarovski Chaton (no-hole crystal stone) as a gift after spending over 2,200 patacas, adding that people who make an appointment for a styling consultation between August 25 and September 25, will be able to join a Swarovski Candle workshop on site.
