It’s lobster night every Friday this month at Michelin-starred restaurant The Kitchen where guests can have as many fresh Boston lobsters as they want, with fine-dining service and quality.

The restaurant in Grand Lisboa is running a five-course “Lobster Night” menu, which begins with a Lobster Sushi Roll, followed by inviting guests to the salad bar to make their own salad with pre-cooked lobsters, then guests will be served a lobster bisque with homemade bread fresh from the oven.

The highlight of the feast comes when guests get to select their raw lobsters then choose the way they prefer them to be prepared: grilled, baked with garlic butter, or have it “à la Thermidor”, which is where the lobster shell is stuffed with cooked lobster in a creamy white wine sauce, and served with an over-browned cheese crust.
