MGM will continue pursuing innovation with a pragmatic approach to build a team of excellence that helps strengthen Macau’s position as the world centre of tourism and leisure, as well as contributing to building Macau into the tourism education and training base for the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
“It is of our utmost priority to fulfil corporate social responsibilities in grounding every one of our HR policies,” MGM China Holdings Limited Co-Chairperson and Executive Director Pansy Ho Chiu-king said, adding that the company cares about the well-being and development of its staff and constantly provides staff with learning opportunities.
“Leveraging on our strong ties within MGM Resorts International and Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, we are able to broaden the horizons of our local talents as well as provide additional training resources to our community, which will ultimately help them to integrate into the development of GBA,” Ho said.
MGM has also introduced advanced HR technologies to enhance work experiences and HR services for its staff members. The company’s online learning platform “MGM eAcademy” currently offers over 6,500 online courses.
