A painting exhibition titled “Our Pursuit of Art” organised by the Rui Cunha Foundation (FRC) is being held at the FRC Gallery.

The exhibition showcases 38 oil paintings by 23 local artists who joined a 5-year Bachelor of Fine Arts (Oil Painting) programme – Macau Class, co-organised by the Hua Qiao University School of Arts, Guangdong province, and the Centre for Continuing Education for Amateurs in Macau, supported by the Macau SAR Government, according to an article from the gallery.

The programme was created to give local artists, who are passionate in oil painting, the opportunity to pursue their ideals and learn to free their imagination through brushes and paint, according to the article.

The exhibition is being held until Saturday at the Rui Cunha Foundation Gallery at 749 Avenida da Praia Grande daily until Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Saturday it opens from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

As part of the government’s COVID-19 prevention measures, all visitors are required to wear a facemask, have their temperature checked and present their digital health code.
