Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace officially welcomed the arrival of the year of the Golden Ox with the awakening of the lion performances.

On February 18 and 19, the seventh and eighth days of Chinese New Year, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau Ltd. Linda Chen Chih-ling and President and Executive Director of Wynn Macau Ltd. Ian Michael Coughlan led the Wynn management team to officiate the lion eye-dotting ceremony to celebrate the start of a prosperous new year ahead.

More than 100 energetic lion dance performers danced to the beat of gongs and drums, while weaving their way through Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. The lions performed stunts to collect lettuce (a symbol of wealth) at major locations throughout the hotels, sharing blessings of good fortune and luck with guests.          – wpr
