Grand Hyatt Macau has prepared a wide range of tantalising spring-inspired menus, designed for spring time pleasure.

The spring-inspired menus include “Seasonal Spring Promotion” with seasonal bamboo shoots and Chinese toona, elevated “Chef Dong Signature Dishes Grand Feast”, “Ultimate Spring Tea at Grand Club” and “Spring Tea Grand Set”.

Seasonal Spring Promotion

The Beijing Kitchen chefs carefully select the bamboo shoots from Yunnan, which are especially crunchy and sweet. Stewed bamboo shoot and dried chilli is truly tempting with special sauce, bringing out the original flavour and crispness of the bamboo shoots with a mild spiciness and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

The chefs also use another fresh seasonal ingredient from Yunnan – Chinese toona, it is tender in texture with a rich fragrance. Pan-fried egg and Chinese toona is another well-known spring-inspired dish. The chef mixes the fresh and luscious Chinese toona with a beaten egg and pan-fries it so it is a golden and emerald green pancake, optimising the texture and aroma. Guests can enjoy the “Seasonal Spring Promotion” from March 11 to April 30 for a scrumptious indulgence.

Chef Dong Signature Dishes Grand Feast

Starting from March, the “Chef Dong Signature Dishes Grand Feast” menu is elevated with extra gourmet delights. Treat your friends and family to a two-hour all-you-can-eat menu to enjoy appetisers, dim sum, soups, main courses, rice, noodles and dumplings of your choice in our selected menu, making your dining experience remarkable. The elevated menu includes not only the signature traditional Beijing style duck but also an array of Chef Dong’s crafted special dishes, such as wok-fried prawns, sweet and sour sauce; manju style braised crispy pork, assorted mushrooms in an oyster sauce.

Ultimate Spring Afternoon Tea at Grand Club

Revel in the elegant, welcoming ambience of 37th floor Grand Club and indulge in our “Ultimate Spring Afternoon Tea at Grand Club” with your loved ones. “Ultimate Spring Afternoon Tea at Grand Club” features an array of all-you-can-eat savouries, dim sum and over 10 exquisite desserts presented on the pastry trolley, including fluffy scones, fresh mint vanilla crémeux, refreshing Yuzu lime tarts and many more. Guests can enjoy the ultimate delights with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne and a selection of Nespresso coffee or TWG tea.

Spring Tea Grand Set

Treat your palate with “Spring Tea Grand Set” at Lobby Lounge from March 1 to April 30. “Spring Tea Grand Set” includes four pastries, such as rose tea lychee mousse; matcha opera cake; jasmine tea milk chocolate cube and ivory ganache, green tea and raspberry dessert, paired with a selection of your favourite Nespresso coffee or TWG tea.

Priced at MOP88 only. Guests can also enjoy osmanthus café latte or a matcha latte at a special price of MOP38.               – ghmpr
