Some 4,000 public housing flats that the government in March last year pledged to build on several plots of land are still being planned, Housing Bureau (IH) Director Arnaldo Ernesto dos Santos said yesterday.
Santos also said that a public housing project which was initially expected to be completed by 2012 was still being modified.
Santos made the comments on the sidelines of a committee meeting at the Legislative Assembly.
