A new road running along the Seac Pai Van reservoir from Coloane to near the still under-construction Cotai hospital complex has been completed, the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) said in a statement yesterday.
According to the statement, a recreational area along the reservoir has also been completed.
The road and the recreational area will be open for use after minor improvements are completed.
The 430-metre road, consisting of two lanes in each direction, runs from Estrada do Altinho de Ká Hó in Coloane along the east of the reservoir, according to the statement.
The recreational area includes facilities such as cycling, running and walking tracks, as well as children’s playgrounds.
