A photo exhibition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Commercial and Trade Service Platform Complex in Nam Van ended at 2 p.m. yesterday.
The grand event was co-organised by the State Council Information Office (SCIO), the local government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) in conjunction with the Macau Foundation (FM) and Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited.
According to a statement by the Macau Foundation (FM) yesterday, this is the most visited exhibition held in the 30 years since the public foundation was set up. There were 43,735 visitors in 23 days. The foundation has now set up an online link for the public to view the exhibition and get to know more about the CPC’s history and achievements: https://www.fmac.org.mo/cpc100/vr.
The statement underlined that as the materials of this grand photo exhibition are very precious, the organisers have decided to donate 248 panels to the permanent collection of the Wu Yee Sun Library of the University of Macau (UM).
