The chief-of-cabinet of the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture, Ip Peng Kin, said yesterday the government could neither say what the budget for the construction of the Cotai hospital complex will be, nor the time it will take to complete the project, since the designs were still being worked on.
Ip made the remarks on the sidelines of the ‘Art at Shipyard – Creative Fair’ Macau Polytechnic Institute campus in Zape.
Ip was a guest of honour at the opening ceremony of the event where he represented Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Alexis Tam Chon Weng.
