The Ritz-Carlton Café has once again teamed up with artisanal jewellery brand Les Néréides to present an exclusive seafood promotion that pairs perfectly with their latest collection, “Out At Sea”, evoking the glamour of the French seaside as well as fresh gourmet gems of the ocean.
From now until October 31, The Ritz-Carlton Café offers a preview of the new arrivals from Les Néréides, while enjoying a choice of three seafood platters, specially created for this collection. There’s no better way to savour an authentic taste of the French seaside than with the French Oyster Platter priced at 788 patacas, which includes a dozen French oysters, ranging from the classic Gillardeau to David Herve Speciale Royale served with various condiments, such as cocktail sauce, Thai spicy sauce and Mignonette sauce. For guests who prefer to have a hot plate, the Barbeque Seafood Platter priced at 988 patacas has a selection of Grilled Boston Lobster and Tiger Prawns, Scallop Gratin, Oysters done in Kilpatrick and Mornay styles, Canadian Black Mussels cooked in Chardonnay and others. Last but not least, the Chilled Seafood Platter, which is priced at 1,188 patacas, offers Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Tiger Prawns, Scallops on a half shell and others.
Guests who order any of the seafood platters will also receive an exquisite Les Néréides hand-enamelled bracelet valued at 450 patacas, as well as a 15 percent discount voucher towards the new collection, both are redeemable at the Les Néréides shop at The Promenade Shops, Galaxy Macau. – rcpr
