The government said yesterday that it “always strictly” adheres to the relevant laws and regulations when handling the city’s land concessions, according to a statement by the Spokesperson’s Office of the Government (GPV).

The GPV statement also said the planning for Nam Van’s Zones C and D would be handled in line with the Urban Planning Law, which was enacted in March 2014. The statement also said that the provisional land concession for C7, a plot in Zone C, was slated to expire in August 2026.

Concerning five public plots in the area, namely C2, C15, C16, D3 and D4, the statement said that the Court of First Instance (TJB) would provisionally be based in a building, which is still under construction, on C2, while the possible use of the remaining four plots was still under consideration.
