Police bust 3 Mongolians for shoplifting spree

The Judiciary Police (PJ) announced yesterday the arrests of three men from the Republic of Mongolia on suspicion of shoplifting in at least 10 shops in various locations around the city.

A PJ spokesman announced the case during a special press briefing.

The spokesperson identified the suspects as 40-year-old Batbold, 42-year-old Burembap and 43-year-old Emkhsaikham. The trio were arrested on Wednesday as they were about to leave the city through the Barrier Gate checkpoint.
