The mercury will drop to about 16 degrees Celsius tonight and tomorrow night in Macau, the local observatory forecast this afternoon.
A statement by the Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) attributed the fall in temperature to a northeastern monsoon that is affecting Macau.
"Since the weather will be cloudy and rainy with relatively strong winds, the human body will feel much cooler than the actual temperature," the bureau said.
The weather station forecast a maximum daytime temperature of 21 degrees tomorrow.
The temperature on Sunday is forecast to range between 18 and 23 degrees.
At 4:30 p.m. the mercury stood at 18 degrees, while relative humidity amounted to 82 percent.
