Wynn Palace to host Grand Prix Carnival

Wynn has announced in a statement that the “Grand Prix Carnival at Wynn Palace” will be held on November 12-14 and 19-21 on the lawn adjacent to the South Entrance of Wynn Palace Cotai, with free admission.

The statement noted that the carnival is supported by the Sports Bureau (ID) and will coincide with the 68th Macau Grand Prix.

The statement noted that the carnival will feature activities such as “meet-the-Grand Prix drivers’ sessions, car racing sports for kids, a photo corner, game booths and stage performances”. The statement added that the carnival will include food, sports themed art and cultural activities, among others.

The statement pointed out that visitors will also be able to have a closer look at Grand Prix cars and watch the races at the carnival via livestream.

The statement underlined that the event is part of the resort operator’s initiative to promote the community’s sports culture and the Grand Prix, as well as being an effort to improve the city’s tourism and economy.

The statement emphasised that in accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic prevention measures, participants must wear a facemask, undergo temperature checks and present a valid “Macau Health Code” at the carnival.
