The operating revenues of Wynn Resorts’ two casinos in Macau enjoyed strong growth in the third quarter, the US gaming company said in a Las Vegas-datelined statement on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the operating revenues from Wynn Palace in Cotai stood at US$181.3 million for the third quarter of this year, an increase of US$165.6 million from US$15.7 million for the same quarter of last year.
Operating revenues from Wynn Macau in Nape were US$130.7 million for the third quarter of this year, an increase of US$79.3 million from US$51.4 million for the same quarter of last year.
The statement quoted Wynn Resorts CEO Matt Maddox as saying that “while there have been some fits and starts along the road to recovery in Macau, we are confident that Macau will benefit from the return of consumer demand as we progress through 2022.”
