Italian fashion business Max Mara announced in a statement yesterday that it is celebrating the fashion brand’s 70th anniversary and therefore has launched an anniversary collection at its Limited Pop-Up Store at Galaxy Macau in Cotai until February 2022.
According to the statement, Max Mara has launched a collection of clothing items and “knick-knacks’’ to commemorate the brand’s milestone. The statement also pointed out that the Limited Pop-Up Store includes “unlimited” photo opportunities with Teddy and Alpaca friends, adding that Max Mara has prepared items for consumers to get for their friends and family for Christmas such as crystal-encrusted brooches, hair slides, MaxMaraGram pearl or amphibole earrings, multi-coloured silk animal print hair bands, silk scarves, as well as stationery products such as pencils and colour pen sets, notepads, stickers, and reusable shopping bags.
The statement added that Max Mara’s Teddy bear textured fabric is “no longer exclusive to clothing”. The statement also pointed out that the brand has launched lifestyle products such as the MaxMaraGram cushion, cashmere throw blanket, furry slippers and household products for the first time.
The statement also said that to celebrate the brand’s 70th anniversary, a special anniversary collection has been launched which reinterprets three “iconic” classic coats. The statement highlighted that the coats are lined with high-tech nylon that are reversable and are printed with the details of the founding year “1951”.
According to the statement, customers spending a designated amount at the Limited Pop-Up Store will be offered an anniversary-themed coffee, afternoon tea-set, or 25-cm-tall mini-Teddy figures. The offer is valid while stocks last.
The pop-up store is located at Galaxy Macau’s mall. The opening hours are Mondays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Fridays to Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to midnight.
