Lisboeta Macau has launched offers for this month at its “Signature Noodles” and Stanley’s Café.
A statement by the resort operator earlier this week underlined that the newly opened “Signature Noodles” offers a selection of noodle choices from southern to northern China, adding that its design, which is inspired by Cantonese street noodle stalls, will enable diners to taste both the craftsmanship and culture of Chinese noodles.
The statement noted that it is offering its “Signature Handmade Shrimp Wonton with Bamboo Pressed Egg Noodles in Soup”, priced at just 28 patacas but is limited to 50 servings per day during the first month of opening.
The statement noted that the “Shrimp Wonton Bamboo Pressed Egg Noodles” is its house specialty. The statement added that each wonton is hand-made daily and is filled with “an optimal ratio of 80 percent fresh shrimp and 20 percent pork”, to ensure a perfect taste and texture.
Meanwhile, the “Bamboo Pressed Egg Noodles” is among the “legendary noodle-making techniques”, and is complemented by a broth of pork bones, flounder and shrimp shells.
The statement also recommends patrons try “Braised Beef Brisket and Beef Tendon with Chu Hou Sauce “, “Deep-Fried Crispy Fish Skin” and “Deep-fried Dace Fish Balls with Clam Dipping”, among others.
The statement said that the Signature Noodles’ concept conjures a 60s-inspired atmosphere, which also features a “wall hand-drawing by a local artist” and bamboo plates engraved with words related to noodle culture. The restaurant also features a live station that enables its guests to view the preparation and cooking process.
Moreover, the statement noted that after buying a ticket for the movie “In the Mood for Love” on December 12 at 12:40 p.m. or 5:50 p.m., a bowl of Wonton Noodles will be offered at Signature Noodles to “extend the spirit of the movie”.
Meanwhile, the statement added that Stanley’s Café is also offering promotions until the end of the month through its stewed-fried rice with diced abalone and sliced pigeon set, priced at 98 patacas and available from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and its pork chop bun afternoon tea set, priced at 58 patacas and priced at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
