The Parisian Macao’s Lotus Palace and Sands Macao’s Golden Court have launched their Winter Warmer menus which are based on traditional and seasonal dishes.
The menus are available until January 31 next year, according to a joint statement by the Parisian Macao and Sands Macao.
According to the statement, Lotus Palace at the Parisian Macao is a 2021 Black Pearl Restaurant One Diamond-rated restaurant. The statement said that some of the dishes include steamed spotted fish; Hunan-style lamb stew with winter bamboo shoots and bean curd skin; braised duck with ginger and lotus root in a clay pot; stir-fried preserved meat with bamboo shoots and garlic sprouts. The statement pointed out that the winter menu also has a seasonal hot-pot soup with a “healthy” food selection as its base. The base consists of slow-cooked lobster with white clams and baby geoduck along with Hainan preserved chilli in hot and sour broth; red dates, also known as jujubes; bamboo pith and coconut with chicken broth.

According to the statement, Golden Court in Sands Macao is regarded as one of the most authentic Cantonese restaurants in the city. The statement said that the restaurant is offering clay pot dishes. Moreover, the restaurant is featuring the “freshest” seasonal ingredients such as braised mutton brisket and garoupa with Chinese herbs and creamy broth in a clay pot; poached pearl garoupa and fish maw with Chinese herbs; braised chicken and abalone with fresh ginseng and red dates; sautéed eel and mushrooms with sweet basil in clay pot.
The statement added that two Winter Solstice set menus are available for family reunion dinners at Golden Court during December 17-21. The Winter Solstice Family Set, starts at 3,988 patacas for eight persons. The Winter Solstice Premium Family Set, is from 4,988 for eight persons.
