The fact that the land swap involving the former Iec Long Firecracker Factory in Taipa was deemed invalid by the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) last week won’t affect the property rights of flat owners of King Light Garden in Taipa and One Central Macau, Chief Executive Fernando Chui Sai On said yesterday
Chui spoke to reporters at the airport yesterday before departing for a working visit to Beijing.
The King Light Garden and One Central Macau residential estates were built on sites acquired through a controversial land swap deal for the site of the former firecracker factory.
