Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) Resort Macau said in a recent statement that it is launching a series of Christmas and New Year promotions, offering traditional Christmas favourites and New Year celebratory menus, as well as spa and retail offers to make the holidays merry.
The statement said that traditional Christmas performers including Santa Claus, Santarina, and many more, will be strolling the resort until December 26.
On one hand, according to the statement, The Grand Buffet offers an ensemble of festive favourites for lunch and dinner including Honey Glazed Ham with Root Vegetables; Maple Glazed Butternut with Pecans; Shepherd’s Pie; Roasted Turkey with Cranberry and Gilbert Sauce; as well as La Perilla barbecue options such as Honey Glazed Pineapple with Cinnamon; Texas Pork Ribs; Smoked Beef Brisket and seafood market offerings which are available in the evening. Before finishing your meal, you should savour a plethora of desserts including Ginger Bread Christmas Cookies; Christmas Pudding; and Chocolate Yule Log, just to name a few. The lunch buffet is priced at 488 patacas per adult and 244 patacas per child aged seven to 12, while for dinner buffet is priced at 788 per adult and 394 patacas per child.
On the other hand, the statement said, at contemporary Portuguese restaurant Mesa, there will be festive four-to-six-course dinner and lunch packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, which are priced from 488 to 688 patacas. The statement also said that there will be a New Year’s Eve Countdown event that is priced 288 patacas per person or 1,888 patacas for a group of four.
The statement also said that The Book Lounge at THE KARL LAGERFELD enlivens “Salon de Thé” French tea culture. There will be an exclusive THE KARL LAGERFELD Christmas Hamper, priced at 2,888 patacas, containing a collection of the choicest handpicked treats. There are also individual sweets such as eclairs, macarons and Christmas log cake available.
Meanwhile the statement also said that for entertainment and leisure, The Spa at Grand Lisboa Palace is offering a Winter Bliss package offering a tranquil experience at 1,888 patacas per person. There is also the Better Together seasonal spa package priced at 4,380 patacas for two, which includes the use of the Grand Lisboa Palace indoor swimming pool, 60-minute use of the private spa suite for two featuring a steam room and a double whirlpool, with treatments including Biologique Recherche’s Skin Instant© Lab Consultation, a 60-minute Signature Body Massage, followed by a 60-minute Biologique Recherche Customised Facial. This signature spa journey is further enhanced by a three-course set poolside meal from the Food and Life Cuisine menu. The seasonal spa package ends on December 31.
As the new NY8 New Yaohan Department Store has opened, the statement pointed out, VIP members of New Yaohan will be entitled to register for the Christmas Lucky Draw upon designated spending, while credit card holders of Bank of China and UnionPay may enjoy an exclusive Christmas Shopping Privilege.
The statement also pointed out that from now until December 31, guests visiting the “cdf” Macau Grand Lisboa Palace Shop will be entitled to save 50 patacas upon purchases of 1,000 patacas, 200 patacas upon purchases of 3,000 patacas and up to 500 patacas upon purchases of 5,000 patacas.
