The Ritz-Carlton said in a recent statement that The Ritz-Carlton Café is once again joining forces with the French artisanal jewellery brand Les Néréides to introduce a brand-new Les Néréides Set Lunch Menu.

The statement pointed out that the set is available until April 27, and diners are invited to experience the French gastronomic craftsmanship highlighting the season’s best.

According to the statement, the three-course set menu is inspired by two of Les Néréides’ collections – the Lovely Lemon collection and Valentina’s Orchard. The set lunch is priced at 398 patacas per person, the statement noted, which comprises Red Shrimp Carpaccio; Orange Glazed Mallard Duck Breast, whose ingenious pairing of mandarin and Cointreau sauce offers a double-dose of the orange’s signature sweet-tart taste and the Steak Frites, which puts an Asian spin on this French gastronomy staple with the addition of the yuzu béarnaise sauce; and Orange Crémeux Sable, which ends the meal with citrus confit and lemon sorbet.

The statement pointed out that as part of this collaboration, customers who order the Les Néréides Set Lunch Menu will each receive an exquisitely hand-enamelled Les Néréides bracelet as an exclusive gift, as well as a 15 percent discount voucher, both redeemable exclusively at the Les Néréides shop at The Promenade Shops, Galaxy Macau.
