Sands Resorts Macao will offer Mother’s Day treats at 11 signature restaurants, while Macau ID cardholders are also eligible for 25 percent off on dining at the participating restaurants at The Parisian Macao and Sands Macao as part of the “Fabulous Dining Offers” promotion, according to a recent statement from the resort operator.
The statement said that Cantonese restaurant Pin Yue Xuan’s Mother’s Day dinner menu features authentic Cantonese delicacies, such as double-boiled fish maw soup with chicken and dendrobium and crispy Shiqi baby pigeon available on Sunday at 3,688 patacas for four.
Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, will present Mother’s Day Omakase, which incorporates signature tempura, teppanyaki, sashimi and Mother’s Day special dessert, is available in the evening at 1,588 patacas per person.
Meanwhile, at The Parisian Macao, La Chine offers a welcome drink for mothers and serves a limited edition special sweet almond soup with gum karaya, the statement added.
French bistro Brasserie will offer a Mother’s Day lunch set menu (288 patacas) and dinner set menus (548 patacas) on Saturday and Sunday, with dishes such as seared duck foie gras on white asparagus and Port wine vinaigrette and a dessert made with raspberry mousse, crémeux rose and lychee. A wine pairing for three glasses is offered at 248 patacas.
The Londoner’s Churchill’s Table will also offer Mother’s Day lunch and dinner set menus over the weekend, the statement underlined. The lunch set menu at 338 patacas per person includes signature dishes. The dinner set menu for four is priced at 1,688 patacas, with dishes such as baked English fisherman’s pie and US Prime sirloin with Yorkshire pudding.
At The Huaiyang Garden, a set menu this weekend is priced at 1,288 patacas per person, with dishes such as yellow eel with white asparagus and soy sauce, and “Mum’s Special Recipe-braised pork egg and abalone with homemade sauce”.
Meanwhile, the statement noted that Golden Court in Sands Macao offers a family set menu until Sunday. The family lunch set menu for a table of four priced at 1,388 patacas, includes dishes such as a double-boiled bird’s nest and fish maw with molly mushroom. A Mother’s Day family set menu and a family premium set menu are also available at lunch and dinner for six to 12 people starting from 2,888 patacas.
Copa Steakhouse also offers a four-course Mother’s Day set menu on Sunday priced at 688 patacas per person, the statement said.
Meanwhile, from May 8-May15, V Retreat at The Venetian Macao, Le SPA’tique at The Parisian Macao and Bodhi Spa at Conrad Macao are also offering special Mother’s Day promotions like the “Mother and Daughter Double Decadence’”, the statement pointed out.
