St. Regis Macao and The Conservatory at Sheraton Grand Macao have won The Best Wedding Hotel and The Best Restaurant prizes respectively at the 2021 Travel and Leisure Industry Awards, according to a statement by Sheraton Grand on Wednesday.
The statement points out that the Travel and Leisure Awards are voted on by industry professionals and readers’ recommendations across the world.
Sheraton and St. Regis Multi-Property Vice President Janet McNab said in the statement that the awards reflect the hard work that the team puts in each day and is the awards’ affirmation of the service. She also said that the hotels will aim to continue to exceed their guests’ expectations as to ensure that each guest has a “wonderful” experience in both hotels.
The statement notes that a team of St. Regis wedding specialists and talented chefs can help create cherished memories by turning a dream of an exquisite wedding celebration into reality at the Astor Ballroom, which is a premier venue that can accommodate up to 336 guests for the wedding, while the foyer outside the ballroom is ideal for pre-banquet cocktails. The statement added that small private rooms are provided for newlyweds to relax while guests are arriving.
Meanwhile, the statement also points out that The Conservatory at Sheraton strives to impress guests with a consistent level of food quality and innovative food and beverage choices by featuring three dining experiences - Three Bottles, Chaan, and The Sweet Shop, which offer an array of British-inspired dishes and authentic Cantonese food, beverages, and sweet delights. The statement underlines that guests can enjoy a “grab-and-go” at The Conservatory’s Tea Room.
