A local business association yesterday organised a business introduction session, with the aim of encouraging local businesses to invest in Cambodia’s Siem Reap province.
The event, which was organised by the Association of Four Chinese Regions for Trade, Commerce and Culture Promotion, took place at Macau Tower.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the event, the association’s Director-General Pun Chong Man said that as operational costs in the mainland have been rising in recent years, it was attractive for businesspeople to invest in a country where the costs are much lower than in the mainland.
