Galaxy’s Ritz-Carlton Spa was awarded the “Best Wellness Service of the Year” at the SpaChina Wellness and Spa Awards 2022, marking the eighth consecutive year that it was recognised by the awards, the hotel said in a statement this week.
The awards, according to the statement, are among the most prestigious spa awards in the region.
The statement said that the spa is characterised by its luxury environment and “expertly designed and delivered therapeutic treatments”, bringing guests personalised spa experiences that draw upon “Western aesthetics and traditional Chinese techniques”.
The spa has 10 treatment rooms, three couples’ suites and spa facilities such as vitality pools and ice fountains. The statement added that the spa integrates the latest technology with traditional wisdom and wellness philosophies to create a range of “luxurious treatments designed to soothe, heal or energise”.
These include the Jade Reviver and the Caviar & Pearl Experience, the Restorative Bamboo Massage and the Tranquil Crystal Journey. The statement said that through three essential steps –Refresh, Relax and Repeat – the spa helps guests attain and maintain the balance between “inner peace and outer beauty”.
To conclude the experience, there are also post-treatment refreshments inspired by the chakra system, the statement said.
