The Macau Urban Creative Industry Association is hosting an exhibition titled “Self-Observation – Stella Fong’s 1st Solo Exhibition”, which is an exploration of the artist’s consciousness through the arts.

Fong (馮凱臨), a local artist, also observed her “inner spirituality from a third-person perspective during her daydreams and dreams” through the works, the statement noted. She used “creative materials” in documenting her mind “wandering in the sea of unconsciousness”, enjoying the feeling of shuttling between dreams and reality, the statement added.

According to the statement, Fong graduated from Taiwan’s Tsing Hua University with a Bachelor’s of Art and Design in 2020 and is currently taking her master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts at Macao Polytechnic University (MPU). Her creative medium is enamel art. She also founded Misstoria Jewelry Design Studio this year, the statement noted.

The exhibition is being held a the Macau Youth Art Exhibition Hall in Praça do Tap Seac until November 27. It is open daily, except Mondays, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In line with the Health Bureau’s pandemic prevention measures, visitors must wear a facemask, undergo a temperature check, scan the venue QR code and present a valid green Macau Health Code.
