2 fall for online scam

The Judiciary Police (PJ) yesterday announced two online scam cases in which two people in Macau lost between them a total of 4,701 yuan after each of them followed instructions from an unknown person they met on the Internet.

No one has been arrested in connection with the two scam cases.

PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man announced the cases during a regular press conference. Chan identified the victim in the first case as a 30-year-old local woman.
