Sands Resorts Macao said in a statement this week that eight signature restaurants across its properties are offering festive lunch and dinner set menus for Christmas and New Year.
The eight restaurants offering a variety of dishes and menu options comprise Copa Steakhouse at Sands Macao; Brasserie, La Chine and Lotus Palace at The Parisian Macao; Churchill’s Table at The Londoner Macao; and Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung and Pin Yue Xuan at The Venetian Macao
Among the offers, Copa Steakhouse features the Festive Lunch Set Menu from December 24-26 and December 31-January 2 from 398 patacas per person. Its Christmas Dinner Set Menu is priced from 988 patacas per person is served from December 24 to 26, the statement said.
Its New Year Dinner Set Menu, meanwhile, is priced from 988 patacas per person and is served from December 31 to January 2, and features the extravagant ‘Duet of Wagyu’ – wagyu striploin and Bourbon braised wagyu short rib as a menu highlight.
Moreover, at the Parisian Macao, Brasserie’s Christmas Lunch Set Menu from December 24 to 26 is priced from 348 patacas per person. It features starters such as seared duck foie gras, main course options including seared rainbow trout fillet and desserts like the strawberry compote and ‘Mara des Bois’ sorbette.
In the same period, its Christmas Dinner Set Menu is priced at 688 patacas per person, while the New Year Lunch Set Menu is available from December 31 to January 2 for 348 patacas per person.
Other menus highlighted are Churchill’s Table’s Christmas Afternoon Tea Set, which is available from Monday to Thursday until December 29 and is priced at 368 patacas for two, the statement added that it features savoury selections such as foie gras ‘Mont Blanc’ and desserts such as “The Christmas Tree” and “Holy Leaf”.
The restaurant’s Christmas Lunch, the statement added, is available on December 24 and 25. Priced at 438 patacas per person, the appetisers start with foie gras parfait, chestnut soup or Santa’s seafood platter, while diners can choose roasted Rangers Valley striploin with Yorkshire pudding, guinea fowl pithivier with foie gras, or mushroom risotto. Guests can then top it off with a Black Forest Christmas tree with cherry sorbet.
