The newly established Macau Radio Taxi Corporation signed an eight-year contract with the government yesterday, pledging that its 50 special radio taxis will start operating in April next year, according to a report by government-owned broadcaster TDM
The report said the contract was signed between a representative of the company and Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario on behalf of the government at the Financial Services Bureau (DSF).
The government announced on September 6 that the company won the bid for a licence to operate up to 100 special radio taxis.
