Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (GLP) said in a recent statement that it has been named “Best Integrated Resort” by the Voyage Magazine’s 2022 Best Hotel & Resort Value Awards recognising China’s Top 50 Hotels.
The statement noted that the prestigious Voyage Magazine’s Best Hotel & Resort Value Awards have been held annually since 2009 to honour the nation’s best hotels.
The statement pointed out that the honour marks the second consecutive year that the resort has earnt recognition from Voyage Magazine’s panel of judges and mainland travellers, following the honours earnt by its flagship hotel tower last year.
The resort showcases the “unique cultural attributes of Macau” and creates “immersive East-West experiences” all across its three hotel towers, namely the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, THE KARL LAGERFELD and Palazzo Versace Macau, according to the statement, which added that with close to 1,900 guestrooms and suites that include views overlooking its Jardim Secreto (Portuguese for “Secret Garden”) and Cotai, and several artworks commissioned by local young artists, visitors could “truly immerse themselves” in the city’s vibrant art scene.
The statement said that the resort is home to Palace Garden, a Cantonese restaurant; Mesa, a Portuguese dining destination; and Zuicho, a Japanese kappo restaurant, offering guests a wide choice to dine on Occidental and Oriental cuisines, while the restaurants Chalou, Hua Ting and The Brand Buffet provide more casual dining, the statement added.
The resort houses The Bazar, a 75,000-square-metre retail mall, The Grand Pavilion and versatile event venues for business functions or lavish weddings as well as luxurious wellness facilities, according to the statement.
