Magnitude 3.2 quake rattles Macau

A 3.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred at 11:38.22 a.m. in Sanshui district of Foshan city in Guangdong province, rattled Macau, the Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) said in a statement.

There were no reports of any injuries or damage caused by the temblor.

According to the statement, the epicentre of the quake was located about 138 kilometres north-northwest of Macau.

No residents reportedly felt the quake in Macau, but residents in Hong Kong contacted their observatory that they felt minor tremors, which lasted for a few seconds.
