Macau’s overall average residential property price index dropped 4.8 percent year on year in 2022, the Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) announced yesterday.
The indices for existing residential units and pre-sale residential units fell 5.3 percent and 0.1 percent respectively year on year.
The overall residential property price index in the fourth quarter of last year decreased 1.3 percent from the previous quarter. The indices for existing residential units and pre-sale residential units dipped 1.2 percent and 2.1 percent respectively.
