Sands China said in a statement yesterday that in collaboration with Air Macau, an exclusive hotel package and an array of “privileges” aimed at Singaporean and regional visitors have been launched to celebrate the inauguration of the airline’s Macau-Singapore route.

The statement noted that the campaign “consolidates the company’s long-term partnership” with the airline and is in line with the Macau Government Tourism Office’s (MGTO) “efforts to diversify visitor source markets and promote the ‘tourism+’ cross-sector integration initiative”.

The company, according to the statement, welcomes regional visitors to their three European-themed integrated resorts, particularly highlighting British-themed The Londoner Macao.

Sands China President Wilfred Wong Ying-wai was quoted in the statement as saying: “With Air Macau’s newly inaugurated route to Singapore, guests from the Lion City can travel to Macau conveniently and indulge in the diverse offerings available at Sands Resorts Macao”.

He added that the collaboration demonstrates the company’s “continuing efforts to diversify visitor source markets geared towards tourism and economic revival, and promote Macau as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure”.

Among the offers are the “Iconic Londoner Stay Hotel Package”, which is exclusive to guests from Singapore and is available until June 30.

It is priced from 13,798 patacas and includes two nights’ accommodation in a Louis Suite at The Londoner Hotel, as well a complimentary all-day access for two to The Residence, an exclusive club, with privileges such as an international all-day breakfast. Business class passengers who take an Air Macau flight from Singapore to Macau between now and April 30 can enter a lucky draw for a complimentary two-night stay at the 368-suite luxury hotel, Londoner Court.

Moreover, there are several leisure and entertainment offerings available at the company’s European-inspired resorts.
