Gaming resort operator Wynn Resorts said in a recent statement that five of its signature restaurants were recognised in South China Morning Post’s (SCMP) 100 Top Tables 2023, namely Sichuan Moon and Wing Lei Palace at Wynn Palace, alongside Golden Flower, Wing Lei and Mizumi at Wynn Macau.

The statement said that Sichuan Moon “embodies the essence of Sichuan cuisine in a refined and artful way”. Its culinary director is Chef André Chiang (江振誠), while Wilson Fam (范健華) is its executive chef. Moreover, Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei Palace is helmed by Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung, who is a “master at preparing dishes that are pure and natural and are in perfect harmony with the four seasons”.

Executive Chef Henry Zhang Zhi Cheng, the statement said, helms Golden Flower, which has received the recognition from SCMP’s 100 Top Tables for 11 consecutive years, while Wing Lei has Cantonese classics innovatively prepared by Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong and his team.

Meanwhile, Mizumi showcases “the best Japanese dining experience outside of Japan”, the statement noted.
