The Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) said in a recent statement that the second stop of this year’s “Let’s Hang Out – Lusophone and Macao Products Bazaar” will be held from Friday through Sunday at Albergue SCM on Calçada da Igreja de S. Lázaro.
The event will promote products from Portuguese-speaking countries (PSCs) and Macau.
The statement noted that 25 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will participate in the event to showcase a range of Macau and Portuguese-speaking countries’ specialties and products including wine, coffee, and cultural and creative products.
The statement added that customers can also enter a lucky draw after spending a specified amount to win “Let’s Hang Out” gifts or gift vouchers.
Moreover, the event will feature Portuguese-speaking countries’ singing and dancing performances, interactive performances, and handicraft workshops such as those on craft coffee and “azulejos” (Portuguese-style tiles), according to the statement.
There will also be an installation for taking photos. The statement said that participants can also get a free gift by taking photos of IPIM’s “Pou Kong Ieng” mascot in three different places and posting them on any social media with the corresponding hashtag.
The event will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. during the weekend. More information can be found at www.ipim.gov.mo or by calling 8798 9677 or (853) 8798 9698 during office hours.
