No.3 Strong Wind Signal is up

The Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) hoisted the No.3 Strong Wind Signal at 10 p.m. yesterday.

The signal was hoisted as Typhoon Sarika was 480 kilometres south-southwest of the city at 1 a.m. It was heading towards Hainan.

According to the bureau’s website, the No.3 signal is expected to remain hoisted this morning.
